- Go to the Cannell Library homepage at: www.clark.edu/Library.
- In the upper right hand corner click on the "Quick Links" dropdown menu and choose "Class Reserves".
- Type your class name or instructor's last name in the corresponding text box and click Submit.

- If a page opens that lists multiple classes or instructors choose the appropriate choice.
- The next screen lists all of the items that are on reserve for your class. To access only the electronic reserves, scroll down to the bottom of the page to where it says: "Connect to: ACCESS ELECTRONIC RESERVES".
- Click on the ACCESS ELECTRONIC RESERVES link.
- You now need to enter the password that your instrctor has given you for the class and click "Submit". This password may be on your syllabus or another class document. *NOTE: The library cannot provide this password for you. Contact your instructor if you need the password.
- After typing in the course password, a list of all the electronic documents for the class will be shown. Click on the title of the document you are looking for.
- The next page lists details about the document. Click on the link under "File Name" to access the document.
- The document should now open using Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer, you may download it for free at this website: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
- *Some documents are large and may take a few seconds to load.
